When our beloveds pull away for whatever reason, at first blush, it feels completely heartbreaking. For some it feels like a gaping wound that we cannot patch up on our own, and for some, it's hard to pull our focus on the rest of our lives, yet the rest of our lives begin to fall apart.

It's extremely important for us to keep the focus on building and maintaining the health and wellness of our ENTIRE LIFE. This is tricky, especially when we feel so deprived in the relationship area. Relationships are evolving toward empowerment for both the individual and the unit as a whole. The former imbalance dependency that relationships have been built upon is slowly fading away. Soul Mates and Twin flame connections are all about empowerment, self accountability and responsibility. We must slowly release the disenfranchised relationship paradigm that breeds unhealthy dependency, anger, irresponsibly and resentment we must begin to turn towards the high characteristic of our Higher Selves, trust and flow within this very abundant and compassionate Universe.

Empowering our lives is not merely the actions we take, but a philosophy that we live. It means creating the necessary opportunities for us to thrive pass our limitations. it means taking full responsibility for the details of OWN LIFE and supporting others in a healthy balanced way. This philosophy has not been taught to most of us, so we will find ourselves going through a series of unlearning and adopting a new healthier approach to living and relating to others.

There are many resources and support mechanisms that can help us facilitate empowerment in our lives. I strongly suggest that we approach this change on several fronts. We can do our personal research and devotional practice, along with participating In a group or community environment or individualized therapy or coaching to help us around those really stubborn ingrained counterproductive beliefs.

let us keep in mind that we did not enter into this spiritual connection to conform to a relationship paradigm that is dying and has cuse so many suffering and pain, but we are in this to set the tone of how unconditional love can be applied first towards ourselves and those in our lives.

The goal of our spiritual path is to awaken to the larger part of us, the part of us that has always existed and will exist forevermore and that’s our souls. And I believe that one of the reasons why we have chosen this Earth realm to experience life, is for the sheer challenge of balancing the eternal nature of our souls with the finite nature of our human-ness. Our human-ness is the discoverer, the seeker, the unfulfilled, the always wanting more aspect of ourselves; it’s where the ego resides. And although the ego has gotten a bad rap, it is does hold its own unique genius, for the ego acts as a part of the engine for our evolution. The ego or the human-ness of who are keeps us living, and expanding the possibilities of what we can do as spiritual beings physically focused on this earth plane.

It can go without saying that most of the world has limited its existence to the world of ego or the physically focused parts of us. There is this pervasive drive to dominate, manipulate, compete, possess and force things to happen. Most of the world is asleep to their Divine nature, the Being-ness of being a Human Being. And since the Being-ness is directly connected to the Universal Laws of Life, it is safe to say, that when we live only in the parts of ourselves that is physically focused, or human, we essentially are acting against the Laws of Life.

There are so many illusionary props around us that blind us to the entire truth of who we are. In every comer of the planet there are many mechanisms that encourage us to remain out of synch with the Laws that govern our very lives. Our sleepiness and miseducation has created an unnecessary turmoil within our minds and emotions that can be instantly cured by stepping into our spiritual nature our Being-ness.

Since our dominate intent in incarnating in this life is to awaken and live from our Soul Mate and Twin Flame consciousness we are not only challenged to identify the illusions that are around us, but also the dysfunctional behavioral and emotional patterns within us; and further, to learn how to balance or eliminate the patterns that keeps us out of synch with the natural order of life, of our eternal being.

The Soul Mate and Twin Flame ‘Obstacle Course’ are really not obstacles at all to our Spirits, only to the ego or the physically focused parts of us. Our Higher Selves brings us through many of these obstacles that challenges us to take a second look at the illusions we have lived and created within, so that we could learn how to use the mechanisms of our physically focused self, along with the eternal-ness of our being to create an authentic life, a life that is expressed from who we truly are, not what we have been programmed to believe.

The most obvious ‘obstacles’ to the physically-focused Soul Mate or Twin Flame is the illusion of Distance and Time. And once one buys into the concept of Distance and Times, it creates within that person a host of dysfunctional behavioral and emotional reactions, but the top three of these dysfunctions are: Loneliness, Anger and Lack of Appreciation.

The truth of the matter to Distance and Time, is that they are relative states. BUT, in actuality, time and distance exists all at once, in the NOW. It is true that our brain functions solely from the human aspect, is linear, so we cannot totally dismiss time and distance as presented by the material world, they have become tools of measurement for our existence, but from the soul’s perspective, all is lived within the eternal now. The soul feels no angst that the illusion of distance and time creates because it is forever in the now, awaiting us to merge with it! And this is true for all of the “obstacles’ that Soul Mates and Twin Flames are being challenged by. Once you are able to come into alignment with the eternal nature of your being-ness or soul, then the pain of loneliness, anger and lack of appreciation will be transformed into appreciation, gratitude, connection, and joy. This is the Soul Mate and Twin Flame path to higher consciousness.

These states of being DOES take practice in order for them to become a dominate part of your vibration. Here are a few things that you can do to shift into Higher Consciousness or to come into alignment with your soul.

Practice the Present: Spend at least 10 minutes reflecting on your present moment, the eternal NOW. Right now, all of your needs are met or you would not be alive. ah yes, we all have never ending bills and obligations, but when you really think about each of them, they are all past or future orientated, and NONE of them have anything to do with sustaining our eternal nature, none of them! So reflect on the Now, the present moment, and instantly our feelings of being alone evaporates because we realize that we do not NEED anything to exist as we are, in the presence of our SOULS. Next the anger will dissipate, because you will realize that nothing or no one can keep you away from your beloved that even his or her physically separating themselves from you is an illusion, because the telepathic connection makes it very evident to us that our souls are eternal, connected and cuts through all illusions. So reflecting for at least 10 minutes on the truth of your eternal nature, the now moment, will sober up most of the dysfunctional behavioral and emotional patterns.

Create a Top 10 List: When we are lost in Time Consciousness the physically focused part of us becomes driven to do and have. We become fixated on the tangibles and the need to control. Unknowingly, we overlook the things that we already have and the things that are within our control. Therefore creating a Top 10 List of the things that we appreciate about our lives and the things that we DO have control over helps us to integrate the joyful beingness of our soul. The state of Appreciation is a very high vibration, close to the vibration of love, in this state, the view of your life becomes expansive and purposeful. Also in this state we send out a strong vibration into Cosmic Mind that will in turn reflect back to us more things to appreciate!

Practicing the Present and creating a Top 10 List, at first blush may seem to be too simple to be effective, but the truth is, all things soul-based are simple; It’s living in the illusion that’s hard and complex. Again, this is not a one-shot cure all illusion exercise, seeing self clearly and operating from your authentic nature take plenty of practice. We have been deeply ingrained into the illusion, and each time you bring your anxieties and fears to this exercise, you will uncover more and more of the illusion you have been living under and discover more of the beauty of your eternal being.

In conclusion, let us remember that the nature of our connection is soul-based, and any movement or progress has to take place from the soul-level. These so called ‘obstacles’ that we are facing that brings about dysfunctional thoughts, beliefs and behaviors are all illusions, they stand before us as a challenge for us to break pass the illusions and live from the place in us, in all of us, that is already whole, joyful and knowing, it’s each and every one of our paths, to mate with our own soul.

My Definition of a Soul Mate & Twin Flame Connection by Keesha Michelle Washington


Many people have written about the subject of Soul Mates and Twin Flames, and all of us have our unique spin on who they are and how one can identify them as being either a Soul Mate or a Twin Flame. My approach to the subject is more on along the lines of physics and the movement of energy, and less religious-based. I do believe in Higher Powers or Higher Intelligence, and it is from my knowing that these benevolent Powers and forces have furnished me with this knowledge through my daily spiritual practices, personal studies and psychic abilities. I do my best not to refute other teachers on this subject, but strive to provide you with sensible, up-to-date and practical information. As a disclaimer, I always let people know that my understanding is one of many.
What are Soul Mates and Twin Flames?
If we can see all things from an energetic standpoint, we will see that all things in the Universe, in the cosmos are made up of energy, to a lesser and greater degree. And all energy carries a vibration, a characteristic emanation, aura, or spirit that infuses or vitalizes someone or something and that can be instinctively sensed or experienced. So, a chair has a vibration that causes it to a chair, a cat, has a vibration that causes it to be a cat, and the case can be extended to Soul Mates and Twin Flames.
Soul Mates and Twin Flames, carry within them a distinct and identical vibration that identifies them as two or more people sharing the same energetic vibration. the intensity and intentions of the energy shared between such people is how one can identify a soul mate, a Primary Soul Mate and a Twin Flame. A Soul Mate, such as your best friend, a spouse, a child, your beloved pet, a coworker, etc, all carry a similar energetic frequency or vibration, that is where you will find that familiar and comfortable feeling when in the presence of these people or animals. But the case of Primary Soul Mates and Twin Flames, the energetic frequency and vibration is not only familiar, it is identical and intensely more powerful than other soul mate connections. Such is the case with magnets, a smaller magnet can only attract smaller objects, whereas a larger magnet can draw unto itself larger more powerful objects, this is an example of the energy dynamics of Primary Soul Mates and Twin Flames.
Primary Soul Mates not only carry the same vibrational frequency, but also the same intent or purpose for drawing each other into their experience in this particular lifetime. Primary Soul Mates intent in this lifetime is to learn how to BE unconditional lovers and how to demonstrate unconditional love in a relationship format. So it is more likely that Soul Mates will have a strong romantic component to their union.
Twin Flames vibrational frequency is the strongest as well as their intent and purpose. Twin Flames are not only here during this lifetime to BE unconditional lovers and demonstrate unconditional love in a relationship format, but in relational structures beyond romantic covenants. Twin Flames have had only a few lifetimes of incarnation. And the sole purpose of these incarnations was to build up their energetic frequency and attraction by experiencing life from various vantage points, mastering certain skills and talents, and mastering high spiritual principles such as integrity, honest and self control. Twin Flame energy is very distinct and those who carry this energy have an undeniable ability and tendency towards assisting humanity in areas that they have gain experience and knowledge, all to serve the purpose of bringing humanity to a place of creating a functional format of unconditional love.
Because the energy throughout the cosmos is quickening and rising at a rapid pace, it is also affecting the vibrations of Primary Soul Mates and Twin Flames. Now more than ever, Primary Soul Mates and Tin Flames are awakening to their connection, because it is at this time that they are preparing to come into position with their distinct INTENT or purpose of incarnation. Because the quickening and rising of this energy is at an all time intense level, those who are awakening to their connections are experiencing great confusion. Meaning, the ordinary intensity of each distinct connection has been amplified, therefore, Primary Soul Mates believe that they are Twin Flames, and in essence, they are not. It is more likely that those who are coming together now, are Primary Soul Mates, in energy frequency and in intent, than Twin Flames. Primary Soul Mate influential energy is most need at this threshold of humanities transition than Twin Flames.. I have become hooked on creating YouTube videos on the topic of Primary Soul Mates and Twin Flame connections. Now for the topic at hand, you can run but you cannot hide, this article will hopefully give you some insight about the futility of running from the soul mate and twin Flame energy. But, I would like to make note that there are exceptions, but very few exceptions to this rule. Now, I have written over and over again about the soul mate and Twin Flame energy, and how the connection is not a mere falling in love, romanticized, sexual yearning connection, that it is a very powerful vibrational magnetic connection. Now my peers in this field and myself all agree that this connection is apart of a soul contract for those of us that carry this energy, meaning that prior to our birth, we carried within us a energetic vibration signal geared towards magnetizing our vibrational compliment, in simpler words, we were born to walk this beautiful journey of spiritual love and all of the forces in the cosmos are awaiting for us to awaken to this path.

See, when we are in a state of panic, and for lack of better words, in a state of ignorance, we do not understand the sheer power that backs these connections, power that makes the whole concept of Free Will laughable. I am now going to attempt to do my best to explain the power that keeps these connections in forward motions.
The Law of Attraction

The Law of Attraction is one of the most powerful Laws not only in this cosmic space, but throughout the Cosmos in general. This law or energy is, what I call the law of relationships. This law ensures that all things in the Cosmos relate to one another according to their frequency signature. if you take a deeper look at how the cosmos, you will see that absolutely nothing stand alone, not even God or the Most High itself, because in essence, all of us humans carry a relationship charge that draws us to our spiritual relationship or Union with God, and although we do not have the full power of “the One’, we have the potential within us to unfold in greater degrees to move closer and closer to the Infinite energy of God, so see, all things in the cosmos have an energetic compliment, as well as lesser energetic potential that carry the potential to unfold as a compliment.

How the Law of Attraction works with Primary Soul Mate and Twin Flames

As I had stated earlier, soul mates and twin Flames carry within their celluar DNA and soul composite, an energetic frequency geared towards magnetizing their complimentary energetic match, much like a key to a lock. With this said, as we carry on with our lives, going in and out of relationship with people we believe are a fit to us, we are actually searching for the lock to fit our key. Most people, who believe in the concept of Karma, call these unsuccessful fits with various mates in our lives as Karmic partnerships. But since I am a simple girl, and see things very plainly, I like to use this analogy of the key and lock. So there we are, carrying this energetic complimentary charge, but not really knowing it, but inside of us is this deep desire to feel the wholeness within us. So we go from one relationship to another. Placing our key in many locks, and with each attempt we are finding that these relationship do not carry that soul satisfying quench we just know lays deep within us. Now as we go in and out of relationships, and as we struggle to line our energy up with the mate in front of us, we are learning and growing, we are finding out through contrast the things we like and don’t like, we are waking up, and with each miss, we are being shaken up and pointed to our true spiritual nature, awakening to the Soul mate or Twin Flame path.

Some of us awaken, and get busy in getting clear about what we don’t want, but still have a vague idea of what we do want, at least consciously, but deep inside our DNA and within our soul composite, we KNOW. So once that strong signal is sent out into the Law of Attraction, whether we consciously send it out or not, the law of Attraction begins to draw to us our energetic compliments. Now here is the kicker, the more in tune you are with your spiritual nature, the more easily you will recognize and ACCEPT ‘The One’. There is RECOGNITION and ACCEPTANCE that needs to happen before the key can fit the lock properly. I say this because the Universe will bring to us many potential relationships that carry similar energetic frequencies of our own. Okay, let me break this down even further.

See, because we are vibrational beings, and we learn and evolve through our experiences, we hold within our vibrations many experiences and emotions that relate to any particular subject or theme within our lives. So if we are sending out a vibrational signal out into the universe about a particular subject or desire, usually our vibration is not clear, we send out not only our desire for that things, but also the vibration of all of the previous experiences we have gathered within our energy about that particular desire. Think of a spectrum, where we have a lesser vibrational desire that sits on one end of the spectrum and the strongest or exact math vibration sitting on the other end of the spectrum. You got it? I think you do.
So we are sending out this signal of lesser and stronger desire and the Law of Attraction will send in our experience the potentials. And if we carry the soul mate or twin Flame energy, we will eventually draw to us our exact energetic compliment, our key to our lock; and now that we are in the period of acceleration, where like is magnetizing like frequency, this coming together is happening at record rate. Okay, so depending on where we are on our spiritual growth, we will not only recognize our complimentary energy, we will also have the ability to accept this energy for what it is. The ‘stayers’ are the ones that usually fall in this category; they recognize and accept the energetic connection. But If you have not awakened to both the recognition and acceptance of this energy, you will become the ‘runner’, and this is okay, because soon or later, the runner will find out that his or her ass ain’t really running anywhere.

Running is essential

Boy do we panic when our beloved pull away! We get so scared when they don’t accept the connection for what it is and they don’t just frickin choose us and get on with the business of making non stop love and happily ever after. But if you are clueless to the spectrum of potentiality, cellular DNA memory and the soul’s composite, you will panic at the physical actions of your mate, you will take the running as rejection, and not what it really is, an exploration of one’s soul and an awakening to one’s true path.

See, you, the mate that recognized and accepted this energy, have enough spiritual growth and attunement to sift through the potentials that the Law of Attraction presents to us, but our mate, who are usually less awaken and less attuned see not only you, the mate, they also see the other potentials that lays on their spectrum. Because the runner is unaware of the cellular memory and the Soul composite that gears him or her to follow this path, they believe that they are in control of who they will spend the rest of their lives with and they are the ones that choose their mates; so they see these potentials as an opportunity to explore their choice. They don’t see yet that the lesser potentials that may carry similar vibrational frequency are not ‘the one’ that their soul is really yearning for. So as they are running from you and entering in one relationship after another, they too are awakening slowly to their true nature.

See, the lesser potentials that are on your mates vibrational spectrum play a very important role in the awakening of your mates’ true path to you. See, the potentials sit on the lesser vibratory end of the spectrum for a reason, they usually carry a weaker spiritual frequency, meaning that their energy will carry more chaos or an energetic void. This void and chaos will force your mate to feel that painful spiritual restlessness. This restlessness will then force your mate to search within his or herself for the truth of who they are. And one by one, as they go from one relationship to the next, and one failure to the next, they are becoming sober to not only their spiritual nature, but they are accepting the truth, and that is, this, in accept themselves, they are essentially accepting you or choosing you. This can feel like a painstakingly drawn out dramatic process for the ‘stayer’ and a confusing and frustrating process for the ‘runner’, but it is a very necessary process for the both of you. See, the both of you must learn to become obedient and trust the Laws of the Universe, and to learn to use your spiritual energy to create harmony and truth.

In close, stop worrying and get busy removing the emotional and energetic dysfunctions within yourself so that you can continue to stand on the higher end of the vibrational spectrum for your beloved, so that he or she can truly have a clear vibrational pathway to his or her true nature, and to you.

Hey, I am a black woman who happens to be a clairvoyant empathic intuitive. Wait, wait, wait..if that’s not bizarre enough, I teach and guide men and women through the process of ascension and soul mate and twin flame energetic connections. Although we have black leaders in the New Age Spirituality movement, it is still dominated by those of European descent. And although, as we evolve on the path of spirituality, we eventually come to the understanding of oneness, and we make the important break of over identifying with our racial and cultural backgrounds, and move into a more global mindset, making this shift is very difficult for Blacks of African descent. The difficulties come in because we as an entire race have very specific barriers that keep us stuck emotionally, physically and spiritually that spiritual leaders of European descent do not address. And for some of us, we feel have to make this horrible choice between turning our backs to the pain and disparately that our race has suffer to embrace a spirituality that is indeed free from dogma, but lead by the very culture of people whose lineage that created this horrific nightmare of our race.

So this dissonance that many blacks experience and rarely talk about, keeps us spinning in circles, in a place of mistrust and most importantly out of touch with the many shifts that are taking place in the Universe that has absolutely nothing to do with racial, cultural or gender identity. .

The shifts that are happening now within the Universe is affecting everyone, whether they identify with spirituality from a free form point of view or not. But it is especially affecting those who are awakening in very specific ways. For example, the whole insurgence and awakening of Twin Flame and Soul Mate energetic connections. As a black woman that teaches and assist men and women of all races and cultures about this awakened energy, I find the greatest hesitation to embrace this energy are of my fellow black brothers and sisters, and thy are also the very ones to struggle the most in connecting with their mates.

After doing a ton of readings for specifically black couples who are entering in or involved with the soul mate and twin flame connection, I found that blacks as a whole have a special mission as it relates to this energy. Not only are black being challenged to embrace and flow with this energy, they are also being forced to work through not only their emotional, psychological and physical impediments, they are being called by Spirit to change the entire programming of our entire race as it relates to relationships and love on a grand scale! This becomes a shock and overwhelm to most Blacks that come to me for assistance because this soul mate and twin flame energy magnifies all the wounds we have experienced individually and collectively as a race. We are challenged to open ourselves up in areas of our lives that we have been taught to keep very quiet. We are challenged to place ourselves in support networks of people that do not share our same racial and cultural backgrounds, but do share similar spiritual evolutionary experiences. We are being forced to really take a look at love from a generous perspective when some of us have been taught to withhold as a defense mechanism. .

Yes, Blacks are arising and connecting with the spiritual connections of unconditional love and spiritual unions at record numbers, and as a sister, a guide and a translator of this energy, I want to make it my business to let people of African descent know that it is imperative to our spiritual evolution to keep staying open, and don’t shut down just because this energy is moving us out of our familiar place, and to trust that Spirit has a master plan in all of this confusion and insanity, and that plane is to bring all of humanity to wholeness and oneness.

Okay, there are only about 144,000 Twin Flame couples that have agreed to incarnate on earth at this pivotal time in humanity. There specific mission is to be of assistance humanity in transitioning into a higher dimension and to support us in anchoring the light of unconditional love in specific grid points throughout the globe. They are also here to help humanity clean up dysfunctional behavioral, emotional, physical and ethereal patterns that has historically hindered our evolution. They have signed up to help humanity create a new template.

It has also been said that Twin Flames have incarnated together lifetime after lifetime, and this absolutely does not make sense either. Twin Flames pick specific times in history to incarnate to gain specific experience, wisdom and talents for this very specific time in history. Now tell me, can you really say for certain that you are anywhere near that level of evolution, or have the capacity and level of care to assists humanity? Now what most of us are experiencing is the awakening and coming together of our Primary Soul Mates. See, the twin flames are the storm troopers that bust open the doors, break the codes and lighten the path, and then comes the primary Soul Mate couples that follow to bring order, clean up and create a new foundation for the way humanity relates to one another. Twin Flames and Soul Mates DO NOT have KARMA

When I began my path in understanding the energy dynamics of Soul Mates and Twin Flames, I did like most of other folks; I searched the internet, books, and magazines and picked the brains of intuitive readers.

I kept coming across information that firmly asserted that Twin Flames and Soul Mates had to work through Karma before, if ever, they come together. They gave this as an explanation as to why the connection had so much conflict and drama encapsulated in them. Then I came across my mentors, Mel Brand and Nicole Hibbs, an authentic Twin Flame couple, that turned this Karma right on its ass. They were one of the first to state very adamantly that Twin Flames and Soul Mates do not have karma to work through! This, as you imagine, created waves in the spiritual community, and I must admit, I was not sure how to take the information myself, but like all information that I come into that appears to be ‘radical’ or against popular consensus, I asked my guides for more information on this and tucked it away in my consciousness until further notice.

As I started to grow in my intuitive abilities, confidence and accepting guidance from higher intelligence, an inner clearing was created in me that helped me to get a better grasp of this topic; and here is how the information resonated as truth through me.

As my mentor Mel points out, around the time of 1970’s, a special dispensation was bestowed upon the whole of humanity. This dispensation is called the Heart centered awakening facilitated by the energy of Unconditional Love. The awakening heart is simply an acceleration and expansion of the Heart Chakra. This emanation from the heart center also accelerates individual’s spiritual growth and has the potential to magnetize your Divine counterpart, either Twin Flame or Primary Soul Mate. But the most important shift that took place within the human consciousness was that the force of Unconditional Love broke down many of the long held belief systems, superstitions and religious dogmas that drove the choices and created negative conditions in the lives of those walking the spiritual path. We now have a keener ability to discern what higher truth is and the ability to connect quicker with our Higher self. In sum, the heart centered awakening dispensation affords Twin Flames and Soul Mates to vibrate at higher levels consciousness and to be able to grasps higher levels of truth.

More than we care to admit or are even aware of, most of us are operating our lives out of faulty and self destructive belief systems. We have been conditioned to believe a whole host of things that have nothing to do with the spiritual principles that actually governs our lives. And it is my understanding that the reason why we have chosen the spiritual path as a path to evolution is to clear away these faulty belief systems, and to live in the greatest truth and to learn how to be effective intentional creators of our lives. One of the belief systems that affect us, and especially Twin Flames and Soul Mates is the belief in Karma.

Karma is not a greater Spiritual Law! Karma is a belief system that we as humans inducted as a spiritual Law, but it is NOT a spiritual law. The belief in karma has evolved through false thinking. Because us humans have carried within our consciousness that we had to’ pay to play’ at higher states of consciousness, or earn our way to achieve spiritual freedom from a particular behavioral or thought impediment, we have made karma a much bigger part of our spiritual evolution than it is. Now we are beginning to wake up to the truth that the highest Spiritual Law is the law of thinking and becoming. That our thoughts create our conditions, and that no outside force or entity can create our reality. And the old paradigm of Karma that states that we come into each lifetime to balance, pay or redeem karma is simply not the case! This thinking keeps us feeling powerless and at the mercy of some mysterious score-keeper in the heavenly realm. It also holds us back from understanding the Higher Spiritual Laws our personal power and knowledge about reality.

So Keesha, you say that Karma does not exist anymore, by why are Twin Flames and Soul Mates still having a difficult time coming together and staying together? Why does it feel like Twin Flames and Soul Mates are still working through generational, cultural, sexist, financial and health issues that were not created by them in this lifetime? Two very good questions, but Karma is not the answer, but here is the answer. Twin Flames and Soul Mates hold a special charge in this lifetime, and in lifetimes to come, and this mission, if you will, is to assist humanity in creating a new, workable relationship paradigm based upon the spiritual qualities of Unconditional love. Twin Flames and Soul Mates mission is to anchor, emanated and demonstrate these spiritual qualities, which in turn will raise the vibratory pattern of relationships as a whole. But before Twin Flames and Soul Mates can get busy on their specific missions, they must be the change that they were called to create, meaning they must clear within themselves the lower frequency relationship patterns on all levels of their being.

Some of these lower frequency patterns were inherited through their family bloodline, some were created through our own ignorance and misconceptions, and some were created through cultural or racial belief systems or gender identification. But one thing that they all have in common is that all of these lower vibratory patterns carry with them a powerful and creative energetic charge. This creative charge has the ability to shape the conditions of relations in negative ways if they are not cleared away on an energetic level. This has ALWAYS been the case, this is nothing new, but instead of seeing these negative vibratory patterns as dysfunctional energetic belief systems and behavior patterns, we called it Karma. We have called the conflict that we shared with those we are in relationship with Karmic relationships or Karmic ties; we took our choices and creative abilities right out of our hands and handed made it into a spiritual law!

The real reason why Twin Flames and Soul Mates who are having a difficult time coming together and staying together is because they still hold within them dysfunctional belief systems and behavioral tendencies that creates an energy clash. Some are so focused on making the relationship come together in a romanticized fashion that they are not working on clearing their energy so that a new relationship model can take root within them. They are trying to fit old concepts of love and romance in the parameters of Unconditional love, and it WILL NOT FIT. Unconditional love vibrates from the energy of truth and oneness, not separation, external power-seeking and selfishness like the old model. The reason why Twin Flames and Soul Mates experience great emotional pain is that are trying to manipulate the energy of unconditional love physically and this too is impossible. Twin Flames and Soul Mates are a synergistically compatible union, where the transmission of energy from one to another is immediate and shared. Therefore, any and all manipulation, or changes to the connection MUST take place first on an energetic level. This is why when I work with my clients, I focus on them changing their energy dynamics within themselves, and not strategies on how outwardly draw their mates closer to them, because I know it’s impossible!

One last thing about the belief in Karma, Twin Flames and Soul mates continue to carry the belief in this thought form; they MUST suffer through it; that is the Spiritual Law. And those who continue to teach this belief system as a Spiritual Laws will be held responsible for it!

“Keesha, what the hell is wrong with me. Why can’t I get them off my mind?” I hear this complaint over and over again when I work with my clients. My clients, whether they are with their mates or not can feel their presence with them at every moment of the day, so much so that when they feel their mates energy pull away from them, it’s a feeling of deep lose and depression. So what is this thrilling and sometimes annoying invasion going on?

To fully embrace the answer I am about to give, you must first accept that we are first energetic beings. We have always existed as energy, but have reduced apart of our energetic bodies to a dense enough level to have outer bodies for the purpose of having a human experience. But in truth we are energetic beings. With each level of knowledge that we obtain as we practice and we walk our spiritual paths, the veil that blocks out the nonphysical world from the physical slowly erodes.

The soul mate connection is first an energetic bonding, and the bond works like an umbilical cord linking you to your counterpart. This cord is the passage way where all information can travel from you and your mate. It’s an invisible cord to most eyes, but a very good clairvoyant can see it clearly. We hold within us both energies, but rarely do we take full advantage of these energies, resulting in men and women, so ignorant and out of touch with each other, that we cannot help but to create dysfunctional mayhem. The masculine and feminine energies together create a whole healthy human. When these energies are balanced with an individual, you have a male or female that can respond to life with reverence and appropriateness. This individual can seamlessly and unabashedly shift between his or her logic and intuition to address inner and outer situations. But thus far we have a globe full of men and women that are addicted to one energy, men relying solely on their masculine energy, and women relying on their feminine energy. This is wrong, and it does not flow with nature one bit!

This out of balance relationships with our energy creates not only a serious misalignment within us; it creates a very sick and parasitic dependency on the opposite sex. See, if the female who rely basically on her feminine energy, in time she will come to believe that she need a ‘man’ to take up the slack of her underdeveloped masculine energy; this dynamic not only diminishes her creative forces, self expression and feelings of empowerments, it will, without fail, set her up to be victimized.

What about the chaos I am experiencing?

The chaos that you believe you are experiencing is not chaos at all. I have some client’s loss their jobs, good health and close relationships since entering their soul mate energy; why is this? As stated time and time again, soul mates that are coming together have very important work to do, as the planet shifts into a higher frequency, not only will soul mates serve humanity as light workers and way showers, they will also come together as templates for how a balanced relationship is suppose to function. A template that is void of parasitic elements of the relationships of the past.

The chaos begins to occur when one does not understand that the Higher Self is now in full control at this point. The Highest Self main job is to bring you back to the natural order of living, and that is to assist you in balancing your masculine and feminine energy. No one tells soul mates, ‘look, close your eyes to the junk of the world, you are now entering the wonderful wacky world of manifestation.’ Now as spirit walkers, we already had some lessons on creation, energy, intentions and perhaps a few crash courses on quantum physics, but our learning had been constantly weighed down with the third dimensional debris of scarcity, victimhood, competition and manipulation.

Soul mates are bestowed some very powerful gifts that can empower their purpose and destiny. Mates are learning to maneuver their energy from the causal realm, raising their vibration by shifting their consciousness. WHY SOUL MATES HAVE STRONG TELEPATHIC CONNECTIONS

No, you are not crazy, you are ascending, and apart of the ‘Ascension Package’ is the purification and quickening of our Spiritual gifts such as our healing capacities, psychic and intuitive abilities and telepathic communications. And the moment that you and your Soul Mates connect on a spiritual level, during the ‘Acquaintance of the Spirit’ period, the both of you will have a direct route to each other’s spiritual, emotional and physical bodies. Yikes, right, no, it’s actually demonstrates the sheer brilliance of Spirit, and here’s why.

The spoken word is a product of third dimensional creation. The spoken word is a bi product of humanities dissension. There is this story in the Bible about the Tower of Babel where it speaks on the how language was first introduced on planet earth and the chaos that it ensued. Although it is considered a fable, there is much truth to this story, because prior to the spoken or written word, telepathy was the original form of communication. Telepathy is the purest form of exchanging information through ideas,, emotions and memories directly from one person to another without speaking or writing a word. Telepathic transmission is a 4th dimension and beyond mode of communication, it has a higher vibrational frequency than language.

The whole basis of language is manipulation, it is denser and slower vibration than telepathy, and it has traditional been the vehicle of manipulation and disparity among humans. For those who have been able to master language, are usually the ones that holds the most power. Because of the slower and denser vibration of language, so much of the purity, and truth gets lost in translation, and with this, it leaves all users vulnerable to conflict and misunderstanding, and of course, we all know that this is the beginning of the breakdown of relationships This 3rd dimensional frequency that most of us are vibrating on relies heavily on the mental body aspect, and this is why language is so important to many.

Telepathic communications on the other hand bypasses the entire dramatic ridiculouness of deciphering language. There is no decoding; frequencies are read directly from another person. You will begin to understand people’s mental, physical and emotional state. It is not a mental state, from mind to mind as portrayed in ‘Hollywood’. Telepathy is received through the heart chakra that usually has emotional information and mental information as well. The soul mate connection heart to heart connection is extremely intense for a reason. It forces open the Heart Chakra open so that not only the physiological feelings of love can spin through it, but it creates a portal for telepathic communication from mate to mate, then spreading to the greater population.

Telepathic communication is also received through the 7th chakra, our Spirit body, which is a very high vibrational chakra. The mental body does have its place, because it has a deductive, reasonable nd logical. So once information is received in the heart, the mental body can bring understanding to the information.

It makes sense as to why soul mates are becoming the fastest growing group of humans that are tapping in and using their telepathic abilities. Since a part of our mission as soul mates is to create an enlightened and purer template of relationships, it becomes obvious as to why; language would be the first mode of communication to disintegrate. In our soul mate connection, we are learning how to operate from the realm of unconditional love, which is a very high vibration; we are learning just how to create an intention spiritual bond of love, trust, peace, cooperation and compassion with humanity. We are beginning to shake loose all forms of lower vibrational communications that was traditional used in relationships. Telepathy will give us a greater ability to read energy and take that knowledge to create relationships in every form to a higher ground.

so for the mates that believe they have a direct invisible like you each other, you are correct. It’s important to receive that information so that you can build the bridge of density to the spiritual with your mate. This link will grow stronger and more fluent the more you work toward removing emotional and physical impediments. Usually you will find that in these connections, that the mate that is doing the most work at removing the impediment, especially within the emotional body, will have the strongest telepathic transmission. The reason behind this is because the as we remove blocks to our emotional body, we clear a crap load of blockages to our heart chakra, and remember, most of the telepathic information is received through the heart chakra. Also, when we remove blocks to our emotional and physical body, we raise our vibration, and high vibrational frequencies further and quickens the telepathic connections, not only between you and your mate, but with other life forms and other dimensions.

So, again, no, you are not crazy, you are ascending, and some really cool gifts are being bestowed upon us, and this is another case for doing your clearing work, so that we can take this connection to a higher plane.

THE DARK NIGHT OF THE SOUL MATE

Most of you that have been following my writing or shall I say, uncovering of the Soul mate connection, know that my emphasis has been heavily on healing aspect of soul mates, and less about the romantic emotions that this connection conjures up. I am keenly aware of all the emotions, thoughts, sexual yearning and creative energy that are encompassed within this connection. Yet the truth still remains that this a Divine connection, a SOUL connection and the experiencer will experience a series of spiritual, emotional and physiological releases and retrieval that will assist them in reconnecting with the purity of Unconditional love. This process will indeed hone our level of empathy and unfold within us innate ability to create all relationships from the depth and truth of the soul, not merely the personality.

So one of the most important and challenge of this connection is how to increase our illumination quotient, how to become one with the spiritual light of unconditional love. How to increase that light within ourselves so that it will shine so brightly that it becomes a beacon, a refuge for others that are struggling with their own illusion of darkness. This is very important work, so please do not overlook this, actually, you cannot overlook this because this is what you were born to do; at this special time in history.

This connection requires ALL o our attention, patience, endurance and as much maturity we can mustard up. As the pure force of Unconditional love sweeps through every level of every crevice, nook and cranny of our being-ness. Oh boy will it challenge you. The force is loving, methodical sand chastening all at once.

This connection will make spiritual light very real to us. It will show us, little by little that there is no ‘darkness’ of the soul, that it we are all light. This connection will surely break down our deeply held belief in ‘other-ness”, and burst our hearts wide open so that we can make room for the truth of One-ness. Unconditional Love will bring us to the resound truth that it was our error in thought that caused us pain, it will show us how our other-ness mentality is the culprit of our horrible feelings of abandonment, worthlessness, and victimization. We will KNOW that there is only light and only love.

The deep, rich and ‘float on air’ feeling of this connection is just the prelude of the excavation. If you are doing the work and allowing the process to teach you, you will be less enticed by the euphoria, but more interested in keeping a steady eye, listening ear and open heart of the mystical transformation that is taking place within. You will ask where is God in all of this? Where is love in my anger, frustration, jealous and anxiety? Where is the truth amongst the many lies I bought into? And finally, How can I be a giver and receiver of Grace? Yes, this shit is deep and absolutely no joke, so its time that we stop playing on sacred ground.

Again, do the work. Do not be afraid of the darkness, because in truth, it is merely your shadow revealing itself to you, so that you can eventually see the light. Try not to get caught up in the manmade version of love and romance, but allow Spirit to show you the truth of deep, empathic bonding where your illumination will glare out all deception and transform you into the very power of Love.

Soul Mates who Run, Soul Mates who Stay

The Soul Mates connection is based on energy, a compatible energy force that takes it cues from each mates vibration output. The quicker we as Soul Mates come to this level of understanding, the sooner we will stop suffering, manipulating and focusing our attention on our soul’s purpose.

The soul mate connection is a Higher level of energy. An energy that most of us an are not accustom to working with. It is an extremely powerful connection, especially in the case of Twin Flames, soul mates of the highest order. Most time when we enter this energy, we are still carrying low vibrational beliefs, emotional patterns and behaviors that will serious disrupt the flow of the energy, a ‘fail safety mechanism’ has been incorporated within our bond. This fail safe mechanism is simply a vibrational compatibility connection. This vibrational connection keeps both mates safe from truly damaging the connection with our ignorance and indifference to the sacredness of this gift. This connection works like a puzzle. If the pieces don’t match up, then the puzzle cannot come together as a full picture. The same with this mechanism, if the vibrational energies do not line us, then the mates will be kept apart until the work has been done.

I really wanted to speak on the topic of mates who run, and mates who stay, because it is a concept that mates have a very hard time understanding. To define a ‘stayer’ and a ‘runner’ is simply, one or both mates that run from the connection, and the stayer is the one who is supposedly left or forgotten about. This pattern is not only common, it’s a natural phenomenon, and it’s a rarity to have a pair that immediately accept the energy and understand how to work through the energies intensity right away. So if you are experiencing this in your connection, the last thing you need to be is ashamed or guilty, okay.

The Runner

As I had mentioned in previous articles, the soul mate energy is intense, and it’ sole purpose is to purify the energies within each mate so that we can reach a level of understanding of how to function from the Highest place in love and trust in all of our relationship, and in turn, the mates will become exemplifiers for others to emulate. This goal cannot be reached if we as mates are vibrating from a level of fear. As mates, we have reached a level of spiritual maturity where we have the ability to hold more and more spiritual light. Make no mistake, each mate, no matter what it looks like, have earned this ‘status’, if you will. So, Keesha, you may ask, why does my mate do everything in his or her power to keep me at arm’s length? That’s not spiritual maturity, Keesha?” And you are correct!

In this connection, each of the mates are challenged to address both their individual shortcomings and once they come together, they will learn to work as a unit to flow in greater love. There is a common theme among most runners and these are dealing with issues of the feelings of worthlessness, trust and sometimes addiction. It’s not that the runner does not feel the intensity of love for their mates, in their mid, they believe that they are not ‘ready’ or do not have what it takes to be a viable partner to their mates. So it’s not really their mate that is causing them to run, no, actually most runners have safely placed their mates way up on the ‘untouchable’ pedestal; it’s that they do not trust and love themselves enough.

The runner’s challenge is to take steps in understanding how to love and value themselves. They have to learn to change and release the pain from past relationships and learn to trust and improve their relationship with their non-physical guides. Most runners are capable of achieving this, but oftentimes, it’s the ‘stayer’ that stands in the way.

The Stayer

In my practice, I work with mainly stayers, for obvious reasons. In the stayer’s mind, they are the one left holding the bag, if you will. They believe they are the ones who know exactly what their mate needs to do to get their shit together so that they can carry on with their love fest. When I work with stayers, I often find that they are carrying this unconscious victim mentality. They come across as confident and strong, but when we work in a session, we usually uncover issues of abandonment and trust. We find that their mate’s running, triggers those abandonment issues, issues that they have pushed down years prior to meeting ‘the one’. This triggering of the abandonment issues, sort of compels the stayer to become forceful, manipulative and mistrusting in their dealing with their mate.

Because those who act out the loudest get the most attention, the stayer begins to make it their mission to ‘make’ their mates see the light. They are missing the whole point of the connection. They are not focusing on their own every painful issue that most definitely need to be addressed before anything can happen. Once the stayer begins to work on their own issues, they will be better able to forgive their mates for their irradict and painful behavior and trust the process of their connection taking form. Until they do, they will continue to grasp at straw in frustration, and become further estranged from the one they love dearly.

In these connections, both the stayer and the runner have psychic and healing abilities, but they cannot be fully tapped into because each mate is either running or acting from an unconscious desperation. Both mates can ease their suffering from this beautiful connection by learning to face their individual fears, and trust the process. Also, do not think you can ‘fool’ this energy into believing you are ready for the coming together, this is an energetic connection, so if the energies don’t fit, you must admit, then aquit!

In Conclusion

The soul mate connection is indeed a beautiful gift, and has an important purpose, but it’s energy automatically repels lower vibrational thoughts and behaviors from the bond. Bothe runner and the stayer are challenged to address their fears, discover and embrace their strength in order for this connection to properly come together in its own form.
